I've read postings about the wonderful fruits that grow in Belize but wonder about what kinds of vegetables thrive in Belizean climate. Are there any commercially grown vegetable crops? What grows best in backyard gardens? Tomatoes? Cucumbers? And are orchids ever grown in personal gardens? What about roses? So many questions...!
