Has anyone stayed at Seaside Cabanas on Caye Caulker? Is peace and quiet disturbed by boats and activities at pier, etc. My wife and I have already reserved a cabana but are a little concerned about location.

Looking for recommendation on a local fishing charter and also dive operator that does smaller groups mainly.

I haven't stayed there, but I have visited these cabanas. I've heard nothing but good things about them. They are right at the public pier, but Caulker isn't that busy so I don't think you'll be bothered. However, if you are looking for seclusion, this wouldn't be the place.

Thank you. As long as there isn't constant traffic we will be fine. How about fishing charters (any private boats that are reasonably priced) and Dive Operators (ones that don't take too large of groups).
Any recommendations there.

Seaside Cabanas are very quiet, even though they are near the pier, one doesn't really hear the boats or the people. Hummingbird Tours is right there on premise and can arrange anything you want. I found their prices are a liitle better than some places. I would advise against Wilbur as a guide... not much interest in it. Everyone else was really great!
