I am a uni student who has to do an international prac in july and august and want to do it in Belize (hard luck when the uni pays for the flight from Australia hey). I have tried to get in touch with the San Pedro International Costa Maya people but they have not responded so I have to start looking elsewhere for something as the uni wants some details soonish. Can anyone suggest somewhere?
I would ideally like to work with a group who organise some sort of arts based festival or perhaps in an art gallery or museum. I have to spend about 150 hours on it (ie four weeks). Has anyone got any contacts that I can use to try to tee something up?

why not contact the new museum of belize. dont have a web address from them but visit the gov't's home page on http://www.belize.gov.bz

The museum was commemorated on the 6th of feb.
