Hi R and C,
That is a pretty "hot" topic in AC right now. In fact, it was on the front page of the paper when I was there in January, so you may want to check the archive on that.
I know it would cost a ton of money, and I think some of the residents think any monies would be better spent.
And of course, I look at it differently than you would... I think it's "fun" to go on the ferry over to North Beach. Ya don't get to do that in Georgia!
Wish I was there to meet you guys.... maybe next trip. How long are you staying down?

NO BRAINER....Put up the bridge and charge a toll to only tourists, no Belizeans, for carts & walking. I heard they approved it one time but would not build it because it would not support a firetruck. Is that true?
