Beanie is a nice lady, I met her last August when I visited South Water Caye. You might want to use a bit of caution when you inquire about her cottages, I'm being very gracious when I use the term cottages. It depends on what type of accommodations you're looking for, Beanie's is low end, if low end is what you're looking for, Beanie's is the place.

I was there last week, and there were for sale signs on the house and concession stand.. which was closed up tight, the house looked empty.
