I am unsure if anyone can help but this is my dilema. I went to school with a man named Thomas Blanco. The last time I saw him he was managing? Tucan and Tucan Two in Caye Caulker and living in an apartment first floor right next to the cemetary on the beach there. I have lost track of him and am hopeing someone has a suggestion about how to do a search there. Also, if anyone has a phone book and wouldn't mind determining if those businesses still exist I would appreciate it. I have looked online for him and the business to no avail. Any one have a hint?
