Save the major bad thoughts for the garbage can.
Save the good feelings and possibly some of the bad thoughts and place them in a container that you can open when you need to re-read or re-think them.
No postings are necessary to hurt, hurt comes from those that open their mouths or using their fingers.
Save face, use your computer for other means of gratification.
Then you can compile some good feelings to put in that container for your future use.
