Hi My husband & I own property in the Plantation resort on PLacencia peninsula. We will be in Belize Feb17 - march2, 2002. We would like to start building a residence. We are interested in something material & style similar to Kitty's Place.(Smaller & dependant on price)Can anyone recommend a builder, contractor that we could see during our visit? Thanks for any advise or info.

We own property at the Plantation, too.
Ken Mitchell does a lot of the building there. He did the model home, etc. There are many others that are good, so check around. Bill Nidever is usually around Maya Beach or the Plantation. Check at Mango's, they usually know where he is. Keep in touch, nice to know neighbors.

Would really like to get to know more of the people that own in our area. Not as much information as i had hoped from the Plantation newsletter. But nobody asked for my opinion either.
