Just saw in my new issue of Bestfares Mag, a blurb about a new jungle lodge near Dandriga. Just curious about what's the word on this place and the area around it ???

It's an all-inclusive. It originally was scheduled to open in late 2000 but got delayed many times. Very pricey -- US$300 per day per PERSON.

I believe Kanantik is by Gales Point,it is going to be a very nice place by the looks of it, even have their own airstrip so you can fly direct from BC. Should be open next year.

Scooter, you're thinking of another place. Kanantik is south of Dangriga and is open now.
