OK, I know it's not about Belize, but I am so fricking happy that they finally found a missing child alive. They just found that Elizabeth Smart girl in Utah and I'm just saying that I'm darn happy. We live in a world where too many times, they find children, but not alive. Again, yippppppppppppEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe!!!!

It's a good day. Great wonderful miracle.

Coolness!!!!

Everyday I turn on the news and it just depresses the hell out of me. I look for something everyday in the news that can make me smile. Rarely does it happen. Today's story is worth a week of smiles. Hope this little girl is able to heal from whatever happened to her. I'd also like to be left alone with the people who kidnapped her for about an hour and then I'd -----------, oops, I digress.

that news actually stopped traffic in my gym - I though we attacked you know who - so many people were staring at the TV! What a miracle! Can't imagine what it would like to be a parent these days.

Becky, this news just lifted my spirits today too. I can't wait to go home from work and catch it on all the channels. Boy, we need more of these miracles. Poor girl though, we all can imagine what was done to her over these months.

Interesting that she just didn't jump out and scream "I'M ELIZABETH SMART, CALL THE POLICE!!" I have two daughters who, at 14, I can't imagine would have just kept quiet under those circumstances. The kidnappers would have been calling me to come get them, as a matter of fact.

The whole story, when it comes out, will be fascinating.

Yes miracle's do happen. You can't believe it here in Salt Lake. Every where you go there are blue and yellow balloons and welcome home signs. Apparently Elizabeth has been brainwashed (according to her father.) The first two months she was missing, she was living in a TP in the mountains above her house. She even heard people calling her name, but she said she couldn't call out. This young girl is going to have a long road to hoe, but thank God she is alive and physically well.
