Hope: I sent you an e-mail and said that my friends from Colorado (Karine and Jeff, who came to your great 4th of July party with me last year) moved to Maui a few months ago. They are loving life right now. They are renting a condo while building their home. The only down side they have reported was the schools. They have a 15 yr old son and said that he was considered the outcast, the only mainlander in the school. So, what he did was start his own club and now he is one popular dude, waiting tables at the Outback in Lahaina and dating a Hawaiian babe, according to his mother! I will be over there visiting next spring. Haven't been to Maui since 1981 after five previous visits. She says it is still gorgeous!

I just returned from Maui today. It is my favorite Hawaiian Island by far. I will have to look her up next time I visit!
