I woke up this morning thinking I'd have the next two days to just kick back and enjoy. Then, I'd finish my last minute errands and get Butch's Christmas taken care of before leaving on the 31st. Then, I got the phone call!
My friend Ed who is a pilot, called and asked if I'd like to fly to Belize with him on FRIDAY!!!!!! Well, of course I would! This saves me 3 hours driving to Jacksonville, 8 hours from Jax to Charlotte to Belize City, etc etc. So, I have spent the entire day shopping (which I SWORE I would NEVER again do) and packing.
This will be a great month! I look forward to seeing many of you. And, my best friends from Canada are arriving Saturday.
So, I wish you all the happiest of surprises this holiday! I do know that at least one of you is getting a trip to Belize!!!! I spoke to your spouse this morning and made all the reservations!!!!!!!!
To my "Belize family" (residents and visitors), you've helped me get through yet another year. What would I ever do without you guys. You know who you are, and you are the BEST!!!!!!!

PS: In response to the "Vicki- get a life" statement.... I think I have an OK life already. I would certainly give everything to have my son back, but other than that, life ain't so bad.

It's great to be back in Belize. The new restaurant is great!!! I wish the little rains would go away, but it's still Paradise.

I have been looking for a dog like yours, and have yet to see one for sale here in Indy. We are bringing our dog Molly (silky terrier)on this trip. Took her for a ride in the little crate yesterday. She was not pleased, but quiet. Let me know about the resturant, alway looking for good food. Pam
