Thanks Klcman, I know just how heavy. I'm pushing it thru our home now for a few days.

Things have gotten bad here, can't say if Hubby has 10 hrs or 10 days. Very weak.

Chloe... I can only imagine, but many of us here know full well what you are going through. It can be an extremely difficult time for all concerned... even your husband... probably more so for him than anyone... because he knows.

Have the two of you talked about this? If the two of you have gotten to that point, then he should know what you should do, or what he wants, etc.

I don't know if it's a question of 10 hours or 10 weeks... or even 10 minutes. But I would spend every available second letting him know how much you love him and have appreciated immensely the time you both have spent together on this earth.

Since childhood we were all taought that we are here on a temporary basis and when it's time for us to leave this earth we will move on to a much happier place. I sure hope like heck that is true.... for that fact when someone we love leaves, we cry and mourn their passing... but it is our sorrow that is expressed... as hard as it is we must constantly remind ourselves that the other person is above it all now... no more pain, no more worries... their spirit is free from earthly shackles so to speak.

I sincerely hope for all concerned that it is smooth time ahead for you. I know it won't be, but I wish it just the same.

Know that you have friends here... true friends who will help and guide you through the rough times.

Yes we have done all the above.

He is calm and resting peacefully in his bed with his 2 dogs and cat.

Waiting to hear from his Doctor, he needs to be hydrated today for sure.
