Lan, do you have any more info on the "mini-sub" that was brought in to search the Blue Hole? Do you know who the team was and where they were from? Do you know when they arrived and how long they searched? TIA

It was a RUV, remote underwater vehicle with camera, brought down by the Cambrian Foundation. Didn't work most of the time and they packed their bags and left a few days ago and don't think they plan to return.

Thank you for the info, Katie. I had heard a rumor that the Cambrian Foundation had been called upon. (Also that it was an RUV and not a mini-sub.) However, most people would understand mini-sub better.

It is a terrible shame that the operation was not successful. My heart goes out to the family.
