Is the Emerald Reef Suites at the north end of town still operating as a condotel? Anyone know?

Lan, I was going to ask you that!!

I tried to access their website that I had bookmarked but I keep getting a general info page for Belize and can't access a webpage for Emerald Suites from there.

I always wanted to stay at that place even though it is not directly on the beach. I like it's location. It most likely has good views from the rooms on the 2nd floor and up. The old website pictures used to show what looked like pretty nice rooms.

While looking for them (just last night) I thought I saw that Markie(is it?)from Paradise Villas was looking after bookings for the property.
