Our family is going to Chan Chich in Feb. We can catch a flight there from Belize Airport. But At the end of our time there, we're going to Ambergris for awhile. Would it be advisable to try to get a driver to take us from Chan Chich to the Belize airport so we see more of the Belizean countryside? Would it be hard to find someone to drive us from Chan Chich to the Belize airport? Any advice about Chan Chich or getting to/from there is welcome. NR

Driving out from Chan Chich would be interesting and fun - as to availability of a driver, that is a question you need to direct to Chan Chich - they would be the ones to arrange that for you.

Can't help you with logistics because we flew in and out of CC by light aircraft but I can say it is a GREAT place and we loved it and will go back in the future!! Make sure you do the night walk -the night drive is fun too but not as exciting.
