Merry Christmas from San Antonio! Snowing in Dallas right now and we're maybe getting flurries tomorrow!!!!! I'm freezing and can't wait till the 30th of Dec. to get back to San Pedro! Hi, Sassnfun, used to live in Daytona and Ocala...went diving one Nov. at Ginny Springs, woke up in a tent next morning with snow! Very weird....

I have been thru Moultrie but not my regular route to Tenn. I used to raise Tenn. Walkers up there and went back and forth alot.

Wonderwoman...The 30th is a great day...(My BD):)I was certified up at Ginny Springs one of my old haunts!!..came this close -- to getting certified in cave diving there also till one of the instuctors died in the big cave..that was waaaay back in 88 they dynamited the cave that year...Beautiful place to dive tho alot of color and we used to feed the fish hot dogs underwater.thanks for the memory

Well Sass, will drink a few b-day drinks on the 30th in honor of your birth! Do you remember the billboard over Ginny Springs that said "More divers have died in this cave than any cave in the continental u.s.???" The last year I dove Ginny and Devil's Eye was in '84. Didn't know they dynamited it!!! Had moved out of the state by then. How sad!

Wonderwoman..the liability went thru the roof and the springs implimented alot of RULES...when they said NO DOGS anymore I quit going.It was a great place to take my Dogs and they loved the springs to splash around in.we still go to Juniper Springs now and then but Ginny is Super Commercialized Now...just like the rest of Florida that is why San Pedro is so appealing to me...

Merry Christmas everyone. A lot of heavy wet snow in Cleveland Ohio. Not too much moving this morning. I hope you all have a safe and warm Christmas and New Year.

It's 29 this a.m. in San Antonio and 30% chance of snow for Christmas Eve! If I have to freeze, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!! Now you know why I live in San Pedro and have for 18 years!!! Hope to see everyone at Hammock House on New Year's Eve!!!!!
