I have found the medical care here excellent and very affordable. Office vist for my drivers liscens exam wa $30 BZ and done with no waiting.

The Vet is fantastic and you can't beat the price. My little Pepe had his balls removed yesterday for $75 BZ.

If you drink the water (free) instead of the rum or beer (cheap) you can live on a lot less than those who spend their days and nights in the local bars. :p
