Being somewhat involved in many discussions on this topic I would like to add that Judges should not have a gun in the court room.

There were days when if I had one, I could have saved the state many dollars in electricity.

Plus I've met some really kookie Judges in my time and I wouldn't let these guys in my house, let alone carrying a gun.

I side with Denny on this one. Too many goofy judges sitting here in Travis County.
