Hey Law: no settlement. After being ordered back for 3 days, it was kicked over until end of September. I have four plaintiffs, which my client rear-ended. And. . .plaintiffs were on their way to church! It will be tough, but I have some tricks up my sleeve when the time comes!

well LaurieMar hurry up and finish up that trial and then come back down.....Tulu said we can sing anytime we are in his boat and he will join in if he knows the words. If he doesn't he said, he'll just make some up.

Law: we are disputing liability - sudden stop without warning. 4 elderly church-going plaintiffs! Sheesh. I will have to be real good!

Govikes: I would be on the next plane outta here, if possible. As it is, the boss just shakes his head and laughs when I tell him where I went on vacation (again). As for Tulu, next time I'm down, we will definitely be singing some tunes on his boat. Tell him I said "Wooo hoooo, pleased to meet you". Haven't laughed that hard for awhile.

Hey Gela: my Costa Rica friend is moving to Bocas Del Toro in Panama. He requests my presence down there soon. Looks like a great opportunity for a trip on the horizon, as that is where I have wanted to go (and of course, back to AC!).
