Maralyn now has her "Rasta Pasta" on Caye Caulker.

oops. sorry. I assumed it was the P'cencia place. Guess all good things get franchised.

Maralyn and Albert lost their restaurant in Placencia when Hurricane Iris hit. Not long after the hurricane Albert passed away. Maralyn chose Caye Caulker to "rebuild" her life -- Rasta Pasta is now on Caye Caulker. As good as ever and NOT a franchise.

Hey Maralyn, was at Rasta on Caulker 5 days ago. That's such a warm comfortable place you have.Your staff is wonderful,food is great, you also have a very nice daughter. We spoke to her Sat afternoon as we were waiting for the 5:30 boat back to SP. We wanted to get your T-shirts but she siad there were none at that time. Told us to check the web sight & you could possible send some.I'll check it out.So you fell in love with a long dred locked Belize guy with green eyes while you were a "Dead Head"!!!!!! Look at the beautiful place you ended up. Hope to meet you on our next trip.

Remember also, Rasta Pasta is due to open another place at Coconuts Hotel on Ambergris Caye. Date was set for this coming Friday, March 12. The staff at Coconuts is really looking forward to it, and after speaking with the owner of Rasta Pasta, she seems to be excited about it too. So, there will be two Rasta Pasta's, Caye Caulker and Amnergris Caye. May be able to get incontact with Coconuts to reach the owner also. coconuts@btl.net
