Visit a grocery store while in Belize, and buy some great spices, some have your favorite recipes on package.

Belizean jerk seasoning and recipe is great. Love working with that red balls of recado.

What I bought was packaged by Genesis in the Jungle, Placencia Village, Belize, sold in San Pedro at Island SuperMarket.
