Thanks JZB, that's pretty much what I was thinking, I thought about buying one of the income properties on the island possibly instead, any excuse to get my but down there, but I think I may just build something instead. Yeah the other real estate agents are as usual protecting whom and what they know, so they haven't been any help. Thanks again, hope to be down there this winter full time.
