It's me the Treas. I want to bring to your attention the unruliness of our new member PalapaBob, aka PB. He barely gets in the door of our club and he wants all kinds of things like free beer, a fancy membership card with his picture, blah, blah, blah.

Where did he get all this nonsense? I would like to bring your attention to the By-Laws of the SPASC that I just scribbled out this morning:

Section XXVII: Sub-Section B: Paras: 34-35
Whereas, a member in good standing or poor standing whichever, blah, blah, blah and so forth shall be reprimanded by the Prez for Life du jour.
