hahahaha oh nevermind! We're on the same page with THAT now anyway :p Old guy huh???? Age is a number, true?  But I still claim to not have touted alcohol-free snacks/beverages---blasphemy. Please acknowledge the err of your ways. (If I don't say please, some may accuse me of being bossy)

Oh, and just for the record: http://www.wineinstitute.org/industry/fedlaw/regs/27cfr_part4/4_36.htm ...in part: § 4.36 Alcoholic content. (a) Alcoholic content shall be stated in the case of wines containing more than 14 percent of alcohol by volume, and, in the case of wine containing 14 percent or less of alcohol by volume, either the type designation "table" wine ("light" wine) or the alcoholic content shall be stated. Any statement of alcoholic content shall be made as prescribed in paragraph (b) of this section. (b) Alcoholic content shall be stated in terms of percentage of alcohol by volume, and not otherwise, as provided in either paragraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section:

I never said you touted alcohol-free snacks/beverages - so no error of my ways there. As for whether alcoholic is the proper adjective for content - just because you found someone else who made the same mistake... :p Okay, fine, you win on that one ... gotta cut an old guy some slack once in a while!

What are you talking about klcman? I looked in our extensive, all encompassing rule book... the half of which I have... the other half I dropped in water over the weekend somewhere. Anyway... § 365.56.32.1 Alcoholic contentWill be anything that the directors want it to be.  <--- official seal
