Just got back from sanpedro . my fishing and eating out post to follow..but I crossed over the new bridge , a real beauty but guess what ???? I got stopped by sanpedro police .. they have radar now and set a set up a speed trap at the bottom of the bridge,the spot where you can put the peddel to the metal on the speed lane .. I was speeding on my golf cart . and was doing 12 miles a hour in five mile zone ,plus got a second ticket for too much noise from my boom box?? .. tried to talk my way out of getting a ticket .. but have to pay a ten belize fine for each..I gave them bill thorntons business card as he knows every body,in \town ! but they said stick it where the sun does not shine,too funny as we know the sun shines here every day.must have lost what they meant in the translation ?? what do you think ?? do you think I should fight the tickets or just send the check to traffic court????? I am so mad...what should I do...help me please...

I was a real gentleman ,about the tickets ,the speed trap radar gun was from new... so could not argue and was sure police had a least one hour of training.on it's use ...but the boom box had father jim from the sanpredro chucrh on it reciting mass, and playing oragan muisc that got me upset. no respect for the higher power. and denny there is a cut off for the new service area with rest rooms and a burrito stop .but it is not in operation as of yet..I will pay the tickets as I know the money will go into good hands may be I will pay cash is that a good idea???I trust all in power in sanpedro..here's to living the dream with the local community in mind and peace to all.....

The Bridge, what bridge, someone stated we will have a bridge to Blackadore before we have one at the cut. KEEP ME INFORMED WHEN SOMEONE SEES A CREW AND BRIDGE STARTING TO BE BUILT.
