I believe this may be the Plantation on Placencia Peninsula and it's cleared land with several houses being built and some completed.

It's on the sea side of the peninsula.

Thanks NYG. They may have a development in Placencia. However the one that is of interest to me is near the international airport, Mayan Resort, 3100 acre development project with a golf course, 2100 homes, casino/hotel/resort and a marina.

Hope I am wrong about this one. Lan Sluder should know about this. He reported this company buying the property back about 4 or 5 years ago.

Let's hope this one never gets off the ground!

Just talking about this web site and company over the weekend. This isn't real. If you want land, look elsewhere. There may be a similiar development south of Sittee one day, but not in the near future.
