Ok, been pondering some recipes and thought I'd experement a little w/ local fare. I've seen many places for fruits and veggies, but I haven't noticed anyone selling fresh coconut. With all the trees I'd think it would be plentiful, but perhaps that's the problem, nobody needs to buy because everyone can get them off a tree?

Anyway, does anyone have suggestions where to get fresh coconut? Preferably cracked and or chunked, but I'd even take whole.

Thanks! ~ MJ

I've seen lots of resort maintenance personnel climbing trees for guests!

Probably David, he has a stand at Oscar's Gym when he's not on the road.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone, I'll use them to do some further hunting and let you know how it goes. Irish, I'll save that for when you get here. You climb the tree, I'll chop'em!
