What's the temp today at home (yours)?

this morning it was 57 [southern cali.]

pretty cold. our weather here drives me nuts. one day it'll be freezing out, the next day it'll be 80 degrees out. You never can guess. Plus living by the ocean you have morning fog so you arn't sure if its sunny out or not.

Not on AC, but one cold day in December 1989 it was 48F in Ladyville with a stiff north wind. COLD!!!!when you are in shorts and a t-shirt!!

It is 70f here in Tyler, TX. 30 more sleeps till I call San Pedro home for 3 months, my toes are so happy! NO SHOES, BC's for Sunday BBQ, get to see all the cool folks on AC, lots of Smiles, no traffic (don't give a hard time on that one,it's my dream), No more TX. All the new folks to meet. The sweet kids all dressed up for Mass. Walking the shore. Oh I think I am in love....

I wish it would snow already here in Cali. I'm tired of watching my snowboard rust over in the corner! Last year we had snow on the ground in mid-october. Its december and not one bit of snow yet!!!

hi there, lol at the temps posted. here in edmonton, ab, it is a balmy -15 C. that's about +5 F. its snowing like crazy. to the guy in houston at 40 right now, we are coming down there in jan, on our way to AC, and i can hardly wait to get to houston for some heat. that's right, 40 would be hot! last 2 nights, we were at -24 C. that's about -12 F. so to you all out there in heatland, i'm green with envy, and covered in snow.

Yo...Lost Irishman! We were just in Deadwood a few weeks ago to celebrate my daughter's 21st B'day....so Terri Peak is open 'eh? Our little area in Casper opened up this weekend...Hogadon. Got 3 1/2 feet of new snow last weekend, but you know the gig. It snows till it blows and it blows till it snows. The temp here last night was -10 on the mtn. where I live. There's frost on the icicles! Am WAY looking forward to going to AC...to defrost!

Hope you had a good time in Deadwood - you hear they shut down the Franklin for 6 months (and likely not open Durty Nelly's again). It is nice the Hotel will finally get the renovation she needs but a shame the classic local hangout is most likely done - really suck because I've been playing there for the last 11 years!

Heading down middle of January - it was originally planned as a solo visit to see a friend of mine that recently moved down and possibly look at property. It is evolving into a possible "group invest" trip with an atty friend and a friend in real estate. Looking at options - getting tired of the winters up here, will definitely miss some things though (Rally is one).

Chloe - Harleys handle great in the winter - mine quits dripping oil on the floor below 25 degrees

Irishman / The bridge across the cut should be passable by the time you and your friends get there. Make sure to check out the Coco Beach project just south of Belizean Shores. They are the developers of Coral Bay Villas, Belizean Shores and Belizean Cove. The Penland family (Southwind Properites). Beautiful properties and great marketing program.
I recently purchased one of the 1 bedroom 1 bath multi-level individual "casitas". The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo units in the front are almost complete. Check out the windows. They are from Germany and said to be able to withstand 160 mile an hour winds. They are the only ones like it on the island. I hope they are never put to that kind of test! Have fun. I hope you find something you all like.

Chloe ~ where I live, you have to snowmobile to the cabin about 3 blocks...don't want to get the Sportster stuck up on the Mtn. so it's down the mtn. so I can ride on nice days in the winter...when the snow is off the road.
LI ~ my sister and I are coming down and looking for property too...I too am way tired of winter...but we'll probably miss you this trip. How long are you staying? Didn't make the ralley this year, went to the Red Lodge/Beartooth run. The pass was closed from the mud slides last year, but still had a great time. It'll be open this year. Let me know how long you will be there!
