What I want is the recipe for those great cookie/scone thingies that Daniel serves on his Lamanai trip. I think he called them "putter bone", but I must have misunderstood or am spelling it wrong because I can't come up with anything on google. Anyone? I could pack on a few pounds with that recipe, I'm sure.

a pound of flour is only 2 cups of flour. It would be hard to make them with less than this since it is simply fried flour/bread. You could cut the receipe in half though and use 1 cup.

KC, they are called powder bun and are delicious They vary a bit depending on who's they are but all of them I have had are delicious! I especially like the fresh ones delivered to Richie's and at the local mart kiddy corner from Papi's, I think it's Armandos.
