Why does what you donated have anything to do with it? I donated to help out as I'm sure others did, not necessarily with the expectation of winning anything. Sorry to vent but that just struck me as wrong.

From an Mexico listserv I subscribe to:

"Our fair city of Patzcuaro was recently honored by the visit of a
group of Houstonians who set up a permanent (we hope) free animal
neutering clinic.

A.I.P.A. (Assoc. Internacional Protectora de Animales ac)

Located just past the Libramiento (away from el centro) on Ibarra St

Sta de Ibarra # 153

This god-send of a non-profit group is neutering all pets free of
charge. They will gladly neuter street dogs and release them.
They (naturally?)are happy to receive small ( or large) donations.

In my opinion this is one of the best things to happen in Patzcuaro in
a long time. Maybe Texans are not all bad after all! :-)

Jim
PS: I moved here from El Paso,TX"

I wonder if GOB would permit this sort of thing in Belize, not only AC but throughout on a formal basis.
