Yo "clkman" Thank you, thank you, thank you; I am now in love, you "sweet young (thang ???)" I have been looking for this film for years, I saw it several times in theatres when it first came out and then it was on TV for many years around Christmas time, but not lately. I just ordered it, so I'll let you know if it still makes me cry! Thanks again; Dan'l PS; reaper, was "Mad Mad Mad World" the one with the great scene with the cowboys sittin' around the campfire, ahh umm ahh "singin"?

IMHO: Old: a tie- Old Man and the Sea(58) Inherit the Wind (60) Mid: another tie - Ferris Beuhler's Day Off Blue's Brothers New(er) Hunt for Red October (hate Baldwin but he was best Jack Ryan, Ford was OK)

Jennifer Beals' had at least 2 female body doubles: Sharon Shapiro, Marine Jahan (uncredited), and a man by the name of Richard Colon. When this hit the public, it hurt her career for awhile.

Don't forget that Rhon did a lot of those dance steps too! Personally, I think Beals looked (and still does) pretty hot, whether she did the dancing or not. Doesn't hurt that she went to Yale.

Thanks, Reaper, for takin most my favorites. But here is some more beyond the riff-raff level. Time of the Gypsy, White Chocolate Dark Bread, err Dark Chocolate and White Bread, something like that, Trail of the Gypsy (Africa and Europe), Fellini's Rome, but the greatest movie of all time is oviously High Noon with the great Gary Cooper at his prime. Another is the Man who shot Liberty Valiance with Jimmey Stewart. The Graduate has a place in my heart, fell in love with Alfa Romeo's...first love!!! ...and Debbie Does Dallas!!!! :p :p

Bruce Dern was funny in the Burbs, although his character was heavily influenced by the his Vietnam experience.
