Should Nevada legalize the regulation of Marijuana?

All the states should at least have a medical marijuanna program.

I think it should be legalized, and controlled, like alcohol. The Gov. would reap big $$ from taxing it. Plus, you would hopefully know it wasn't dusted with something else. (unless you WANT it dusted with something else!) Have had some in my youth that kicked my tail...for days. Would never wish that on anyone!

Quality would drop and the price would skyrocket considerably when the FDA gets involved.

Back in the late 6o's R.J.Renolds Co. aquired the Federal growing rights to Panama Red, Acapulco Gold and several other types just incase pot became legal. I really don't think the quality would go down. It would be too competitive just like tobacco is today. Price would go down due to the fact that it is legal and there would be no risk involved in growing.

Wow, didn't think there would be that much disparity? Small sample, though.

Wonder if demographics: age, male/female, resident/vistor/LT vistor/native, etc. are as diverse?
