We're spending a week at Banana beach resort, and want to experience another part of Belize for an additional 6 days.

I recommend the Stann Creek Dist. for it's beauty.

In this district. we have the only Jaguar Preserve in the world.

Accomodation will depends on what you're looking ie rustic to luxury.

We stayed at Kanantik in 2002. It is expesnsive but beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there. Stann Creek is a wonderful place.

san ignacio for 2-3 days for sure!!! do you like relaxing activities/tours or challenging? they have lots of both and would give my recommendations based on what you prefer.
