My heart is broken. BarbaraK was right. Can't afford Tickets in December. Need deal for Febuary. Please help.

I understand the feeling, deacon. BK told me that $480 from DFW was good in February and that just about broke my heart. I've been there at Thanksgiving and in early May, but never had to pay that much for RT to Goldson. But I check the AA site on a daily basis and I hope we both get lucky for a February return to the island.

With fuel prices the way they are, the rates will only be going up & up, save for the occasional sale to drum up business.

I'm just a little confused about the fuel price/airline price connection. From MSP through MIA, CLT or CO I paid $600 this year(july),$665 last year(aug),$639.50 in 7/2004,$479.50 in 3/04,and $524 in 8/03. All include taxes and have been purchased within 6 weeks of departure. Hotel/air packages in March have been similar. Go figure.
