Ever had a Neapolitan in Naples? ( NO NOT FLORIDA! :p )..thin crust, fresh mozzy & vine ripened tomatoes, oregano & garlic mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Great little place on the water, name escapes me right now, just up the street a couple of blocks from Castel Dell'Ovo

Grew up on grandma's thick pan type never knew there was any other type till I was 13 or so. I still love pan but there is something to be said for the flat NY style.
