I'll second that being in south Texas, close to San Antonio, it's a hop skip and a jump to SP! Come on next year. Hurry, hurry, hurry. Opps, getting into the state-side rate race rhythm....

I agree completely! A week is not long enough, nor is 3 weeks. I not only miss it the day before I leave to go home, but everytime I read this message board, especially the trips & pictures. I've become a promoter for Belize tourism to everyone I meet. We have not been to any other place in 8 1/2 years since we discovered Belize.

ArtZ - I can understand why. My husband and I take turns picking vacation spots - he always picks a new country....and I never will! I do get to experience new places because of his choices, but can't imagine feeling the same way about them as I do about San Pedro. The funny thing is, I never bought lottery tickets until I went to Belize - now I buy a couple a month! Wonder why?!
