i think they might want to wait until that 300 room hotel up on the north end gets fininshed, with the monorail and everything.

Assuming that most will be shared accommodations, there are several hotels in Belize that can hold a group this size (or as mentioned, try two or three locations near each other).
Here are some that I can think of that have more than 30 rooms.
Ambergris Caye: Belize Yacht Club, CAptain Morgans, Ramon's Village (+65 rooms), I think Playador may have close to 30, Journey's End, (more than 50 for sure with those in the back), Sunbreeze, Victoria House (+30), Banyan Bay (last time I asked it was over 60).
Placencia: Robert's Grove
and of course the three largest hotels in the country are in Belize City but that may not be the setting you are looking for.

To book 100+ rooms has to be done a year in advance. It can be done but takes tremendous co-ordination and $$ up front! The hotels that might work out for you are the Sunbreeze and Aqua Marina. The big problem for a group is different room rates and who likes what type of rooms. Booking them all on the commuter flight is also not a problem. And the bars and restuarants have no problem unless you would want to eat together every night. You could even do that if you have incredible organizational skills. And some places would cater group meals. But it's more fun for the group to check out all of the great places on their own. Good luck!

Govikes, thanks for info. Aparently Amanda and I may not be correct and I appreciate your correction. I did believe for 100 people there are hotels as I assume they do not want 100 rooms for 100 people. Usually at least 2 to a room so they would only need 50 rooms at most. I have also seen groups with 3-4 to a room so they'd need 25-33 rooms in that event.

Govikes is correct about eating. Could be difficult but you didn't mention you all wanted to eat together at the same time/place.

Hope you are doing well Govikes, see you soon.

Yup, it could be done, with LOTS of way in advance planning. And depending on what time of year you're thinking of coming down here would make a big difference also. Come on down in August/September, you'll find lots of empty rooms then!

govikes besides being wrong about hotels being able to handle a group of this size you are also off on the slow months- September/October lots of rooms. This is off peak season. August, especially the first 3 weeks, is very busy. First week of September and last week of October are busy too. September 6th to October 26th 100+ group no problem at all.

Trip insurance for this time of year is highly recommended for tavel this time of year.

Meals for 100 isn't a problem either. We prepare on average 165 breakfasts every morning.

I don't know why BP is complaining about this so much. If memory serves me he hosted a group of 78 in his place just a couple weeks back. Of course knowing him- this is why he is now complaining!
