in all seriousness I really do! I wish I had right now. I am in severe pain and can not sleep. It is unbearable to move or even roll onto my side or get up from laying or sitting. I have not idea how I will make it to Belmopan, it will be a pain for me and the person meeting me in BZE.

One thing forsure, glad you do not need a prescription here. I am going to pharmacy in BZE and asking for a strong pain killer. Any recommendations? Not 100 mg tadarol, took that today and it did nothing!
