I am writing from the states. I have been doing some research on Little Water Caye. I have thrown the idea around to a couple close friends and three are very interested. I am not sure of all the specifics but it would consist of 10 people shelling out about 100 thousand dollars each to purchase this Island. It would then be used as a very limited resort. Meaning if the island is not booked by the owners the vacant spots will be used to create income for the owners.
