How does he keep the water off the lens in those over/under water shots???

I found that putting a thin layer of baby oil on the housing port stopped water going into globules, and gave me acceptable above water pictures in those circumstances. Another product that works well is the specialist anti-fog sprays sold for use on motorcycle helmet visors.
