Things are heating up for our planned move to AC.
We are looking for a place to rent, at least 2 bd/2 bath reasonably close to downtown. Bringing a dog, older one so stairs can be a pain. At least 6 months, we probably could do a year's lease. Furnished of course would be best, house is preferred, but larger apartment would also work.

A December occupancy would be best. Thanks all, you all have been incredibly helpful
