Do a search and employment on this board and you'll find far more info that you want/need. If you really want it, you may find a way to pull off working on AC but it will take a ton of time, money, and headaches if you're not a Belizean resident or opening a business.

Subscribe to the local newspapers; they will have ads for jobs that are open to foreigners. They both have websites that are listed on the front page of AmbergrisCaye.com

In general you should come prepared to set up your own business that will employ Belizeans (one that brings something new and doesn't compete with existing businesses). If you do that you will find things a lot easier. Unless you have very specific skills that are in demand and cannot be matched by Belizeans you will find things a lot more difficult.
