What happen to Lan Sludder? Is he still alive? Be careful buying his books because I didn't get what I paid for...

Wendy - He didn't send the books I paid for and don't return my emails. I wasn't bashing him -- hell, I thought maybe he died or something.... But I still didn't get all my books.

What part of that do you not understand?

email Lan. he is a good man who will take care of anything you didn't receive. If he doesn't respond to email, he is out of town.

I have also ordered his book and recieved promptly. If this board is any indication, so have many others. Maybe he's experiencing momentary technical difficulties. Hopefully his health is not at issue. :-)

When I ordered Lan's book a hand full of years ago, I didn't receive it either and when I contacted him he immediately sent me another one.

Hey ty: Most important lesson regarding Belize...have patience.

Lan is the best and makes the time to answer any questions concerning Belize that are presented to him. I have all his books and I can not understand the negative posts expressed by the some expats on this board.

Lan is the man.I have bought his books and gotten e-mail advice from him.All info I have gotten from him was right on correct.He is the reason I went to Belize in Feb. "05".Never heard of the place before reading his books.Now I love it.Hope to come back again in "06".
