Correct you are, although now I have changed my billing address to an address in the US and have items shipped there and then on to Belize. So many companies don't even have the capability to accept an international address on their order forms I had to make the change.

You might even have trouble if you use a US credit card, and ship to that billing address. Sounds like Amazon works, but I had one site check my IP and deny me. I was sitting Belize using a US card and address, and that sent up the big red fraud flag.
