Give a look at the Iguana Reef Inn. More upscale than most of the resort properties but very affordable. It has a refrigerator and pantry in each suite which may suit you. Also diving packages are available.

Hello there,

We just returned from CC and had a great time. We stayed at the Rainbow Hotel. We rented the upper apartment and found it to be perfect. I has everything you need nothing fancy just the basics. 2bdrms 3 beds Kitchen bath fully furnished h/c running water.

Give them a call the people are great and the rates are low.
