I wonder if this really exists or if it is just still in the idea stage? Where is it on the island?

sunset bay ever was in the idea stage and will stay in the idea stage

reminds me of the subdivision south of the airstrip which needs road access and is using the CCVC to get this done by giving them a football field and also the resort adjacent to it that can't seem to get up and running since it always seems structurally unsound.

So I read that the football field has been offered up to the community, free of charge. Why did they not accept this fine offer? I know that football is a major sport in the area.

And about this sunset bay, is it built on the garbage dump or is it adjacent? What is the family that is accused of politicking for profit?
