My husband and I recently got married in Belize and spent 3 about weeks on the Caye on our honeymoon. Out of the 3 weeks there we ate at CocoPlum Gardens every day except for the 4 days that they were closed. we are both picky eaters because he is a vegetarian and I am kosher, but this place had it all. Wonderful service, fresh food, big portions, great conversation. I have been trying to recreate the dishes he in NYC, but nothing is as good as lime juice from limes that Mr. Chris picks from his garden. Or the guava that we watched grow and ripen during our trip (they gave it to us as a present when we left). If you want fresh food try to stop by while you visit caye caulker, you won't think about food the same way again. P.S. Its very romantic if you want something away from the hustle and bustle of Front street.

I have to agree, Cocoplum Gardens is one of my favorites!

They have awesome healthy pizzas too!
