It's all set-up, barely any reality is found within "Reality TV". When working on Temptation Island, the final episode was scripted by daytime tv writers. You gotta have the drama that only a script can create. Did you notice how it was storming hard in Placencia during the final elimination, and yet the palms and bushes didn't move at all, like it was dead calm, and it was only raining in certain spots. Hmmm...? (who can film in a lightning storm anyway?)

It did get viewers though 4 million households, the highest viewed show for VH1's entire season.

Temptation Island got 14 million when it debuted, beating the West Wing.
