will be arriving feb 23,
think the air strip will be open by then?
Trying to find easiest way from International,
with late afternoon arrival.

Paving is scheduled to begin on the 17th of January -- hopefully construction will be completed and airstrip open by early Feb.

Airstrip is nowhere close to opening, paving has NOT started yet as of 1/17. Water Taxi is almost easier and certainly cheaper. Take a taxi from Int'l to CC Water Taxi. Yes it will suck on a rainy days though...
